Secretaries Program
- Free Registration
- For accumulation of points does not count Standard room nights
- For accumulation of points does not count Standard room nights
- Every night grants 1 point and in Events, by each $150 (argentinean pesos) invoiced will compute 1 point
- Points will be credited upon receipt of the booking room or effective after the event at our hotel
- When realising your reserve, you will receive a confirmation, that you will have to resend to clubdesecretarias@ritzhotelmendoza.com.ar for the accreditation of the points. When realising the reserve you will have to mention your number of partner.
- The puntaje will be agreed to the amount of real nights that lodge the guests.
- For the case of hiring of halls/events, the points will be credited once realised the same.
- To know your accrued points, please send a mail to clubdesecretarias@ritzhotelmendoza.com.ar
- The accumulated points are personal and not transferable and expire 30/06/2008
- The prizes will have to be asked for by mail of Monday through Friday from 9 to 18 hs. The same will be subject to availability.
- The prizes that they require to be given outside the downtown will have an additional position by shipment in charge of the beneficiary of the prize.
- The prizes could not in cash be exchanged by money.
- NO SHOW nights do not compute points.
- The Ritz Hotel will be able to modify the program by means of previous warning.
- The accumulated points must be used in agreement with the conditions of the program. The Ritz Hotel does not become person in charge by lost or not used rewards.
- The participation in the Secretaries Program implies the knowledge and the acceptance by the participants of all the established conditions.
